Description

Kitchen Kraft Ghana Garri is a premium fermented cassava product processed in the traditional Ghanaian style. After grating and fermenting cassava for several days, it’s sun-dried and roasted into fine, crisp granules. Unlike Ijebu garri (which is sour and fine), Ghana garri typically has a milder sourness and a higher starch content—making it particularly well-suited for Eba (swallow) dishes or for soaking with water and condiments.

Its texture offers more viscosity in hot water (for Eba) but remains firm and slightly elastic without the intense sourness found in Nigerian variants. This garri is widely preferred in Ghana and neighboring countries for both everyday meals and fast snacks.
